No Refunds on Swimwear

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, style preferences, or fit issues. We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions so you know exactly what you’re getting.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit on any unworn swimwear within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

The hygiene liner is still attached.

All tags are intact.

The item is in its original, unwashed, and unused condition.


Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges, but we’ll cover the shipping for your replacement item.



Faulty or Damaged Items


If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or discounted pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
